SMART Reports™

Lead Tracker
Leads are imported directly into the lead tracker – either uploaded or entered – and then the sales reps can sort, view, categorize and prioritize. As leads are converted into Opportunities they are sent to the Pipeline tracker.

Pipeline Tracker
The Pipeline view shows, as with any Sales Force Automation, all the opportunities in the “pipeline” or “Sales Funnel.” But that’s where the similarities end. With the SMART Reports™, users can actually enter data right on the same screen as the report. With competing applications, users have to click-through as many as 6 different screens – just to record the fact that they had a telephone conversation with a prospect.

With the SMART Site, users can sort and view all their opportunities and record their events (such as meetings, phone calls, and messages left) right on the same page. Also, they can calendar their next follow-up action on the same page as well. This clear ease-of-use differentiator ensures that your sales reps will actually use the application, resulting in both significantly greater data collection -- and forecasting accuracy – than competing systems.

E-Mail Integration
